saturday. drivers you are warned. tonight another checkpoint is planned in morgan hill. >> a tailgate party turned dangerous in the parking lot of the coliseum in oakland. last night three vehicles were destroyed and three others were damaged after a hot grill from a tailgate caught fire. the fire happened about an hour after the a's game started. no injuries were reported. >> the california highway patrol is looking for a suspect vehicle and a driver in connection with a crash in san jose that left one pedestrian dead. it happened friday night at the corner of alum rock avenue and harriet avenue. the suspect vehicle was described as a late model, full-sized ford pickup with oversized tires. c-h-p investigators say the vehicle was light in color.possibly with a redstripe down the hood. they also noted collision damage to either the right or left headlamp. >> it was a warm day, even in union city. higher humidity. with high clouds through the bay area. you

alert kidnap victim hannah anderson made another appearance at a fundraiser this weekend. she attended with her father to say thank you. the event was an impromptu car wash to help raise money for funeral costs for hannah's mother and brother. the two were allegedly torutured and killed by her suspected kidnapper, james dimaggio, hannah was found after officials sent out a multi- state amber alert. dimaggio was later shot by the f-b-i. another common tool used to help track down a missing child. is good old fashionedlynn berry shows us a shocking experiment. which tested just that. >> reporter: meet robin. he is a producer on " racing america ". we put his poster on his age, weight, height and this is the atlanta parkway for a cab plus separate days. and with
